Refund policy

At Pooja Herbal Care, we are committed to providing high-quality herbal hair care products. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, returns and refunds are accepted only under the following conditions.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

* You receive a damaged or leaking product.
* You receive the wrong product.
* Your order is incomplete or a product is missing.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share:

* Order ID
* Clear photos and an unboxing video of the product

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds

After verification and approval:

* Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
* COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer within 5–7 business days after receiving the required details.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
